Do I need to be experienced in yoga to join?

Absolutely not. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner. You’ll be gently guided through each practice, and nothing is ever compulsory—this is your time and your journey.

Not at all. We offer flexible payment plans and are always open to a friendly conversation to find what works best for you.

No. While some of our retreats are women-focused, we’re also hosting a mixed group retreat in June 2026 and are open to creating male-only retreats too. Everyone is welcome to experience the benefits of these spaces.

You’ll be welcomed into a safe, nurturing environment designed to help you pause, reconnect, and recharge. Through yoga, breathwork, and creative workshops, you’ll have space to explore yourself more deeply—all in a beautiful, relaxing setting surrounded by nature.

Absolutely! Our talented onsite chefs cater to all dietary needs. Every meal is freshly prepared, healthy, and nourishing, so you can relax knowing you’ll be well cared for.
