An island retreat to rest, realign, and rediscover yourself.
Surrounded by sea, sky and wide open coastline, Anglesey invites you to step off the mainland and into a slower rhythm — a place where the noise falls away and you can return to what truly matters.
There is something about crossing the water onto an island that tells the body it can finally let go.
Life on Anglesey moves at a gentler pace, shaped by the tides, the weather and the ever-changing light.
Our Anglesey retreats offer a nurturing sanctuary where you can slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect with your essence — a gentle invitation to just be.
With sweeping coastal views, quiet beaches, big open skies and the mountains of Eryri across the water, Anglesey’s natural beauty becomes part of your practice. Each retreat is designed to soothe your nervous system and awaken your senses.
On each retreat you are nourished with fresh, home-cooked, plant-based meals and delicious snacks prepared by our onsite chef, so you can fully relax and receive without a single thought for shopping or cooking.
All sessions are optional — there is no pressure, only presence. You are free to rest, walk the shoreline, reflect, and move at your own pace.
Our Anglesey retreats weave together energy and frequency work, crystals, breathwork, meditation and gentle yoga — a holistic blend that helps you release what you no longer need and restore balance across body, mind and spirit.
Every practice is gently guided and suitable for all levels. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or simply the space to rest, you’ll be held in a field of safety, calm and renewal.
Energy and frequency work woven with crystals to realign, release and restore.

Anglesey offers something rare: a true island escape that’s still easy to reach. Much of its coastline is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with quiet sandy beaches, dunes, pine forest and the Anglesey Coastal Path right on the doorstep, and the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia) across the water. Crossing onto the island is a natural signal to slow down — the perfect setting for yoga, breathwork and time to simply be.
Our 2027 retreats are held at two beautiful venues in the south-west of the island, both close to the coast. The Creative Balance retreat in June is at The Chapel in Aberffraw, a Grade II listed converted chapel near Aberffraw Estuary. The October Yoga & Wellness retreats are at Bron Menai, a restored country manor in eight acres of grounds on the edge of Newborough, minutes from Newborough Forest and Llanddwyn Island.
Our upcoming dates are the Creative Balance retreat from Friday 18th to Monday 21st June 2027, and the Yoga & Wellness retreat, which runs twice: Friday 1st to Monday 4th October and Friday 15th to Monday 18th October 2027. You’ll find full details and how to register on each retreat’s page above.
Absolutely not. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner. Every session — from gentle yoga and breathwork to meditation and energy work — is gently guided, and nothing is ever compulsory. This is your time and your journey.
Absolutely. Coming on your own is very welcome, and our small groups make it easy to settle in, connect with others and still enjoy time to yourself. Each retreat offers both a private room option and a shared room option, so you can choose what suits you best.
Our October 2027 Yoga & Wellness retreats at Bron Menai are for women only. Each retreat page explains who it’s for, and if you have any questions please get in touch via our contact form.
Anglesey sits just off the north-west coast of Wales and is connected to the mainland by the Menai Suspension Bridge and the Britannia Bridge, so it’s easy to reach by car. The North Wales Coast railway line also runs across the island to Holyhead. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you full directions and travel details.
Your retreat price covers your accommodation, all of your meals and snacks, and every session and workshop on the programme. Travel to and from Anglesey isn’t included. Room options and prices are listed on each retreat’s page.
Island weather can change quickly, so we recommend bringing layers, a waterproof jacket and sturdy shoes for coastal walks, along with loose, comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation. We’ll share a full packing list with you before you arrive.
Yes. All meals on our Anglesey retreats are fresh, home-cooked and plant-based, prepared by our onsite chef along with delicious snacks. Just let us know about any allergies or additional requirements when you book and we’ll make sure you’re well cared for.
