Join Ro and Sam for a unique blend of energy work, creativity and mindful moments, with time to slow down, reconnect and simply be.
Ro will guide you through energy and frequency work, weaving together crystals, breathwork, meditation and gentle yoga. Alongside these practices, Sam’s engaging creative workshops will offer space to explore, create and enjoy being present.
Originally from Anglesey, Sam brings a personal connection to the island and a wealth of local knowledge. Her love for her island home shines through as she takes you beyond the familiar paths to discover its hidden treasures, beautiful landscapes and quieter corners.
Together, Ro and Sam will create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel supported, inspired and free to be yourself.

Located a stone’s throw from Aberffraw Estuary and the Anglesey Coastal Path, this Grade II listed converted chapel offers all that is needed. Three apartments have been created within the chapel, and with large open-plan living rooms it’s easy to come together as a group. Outside, there are picnic tables to enjoy the fresh island air.
Throughout your stay, you’ll be nourished with fresh, home-cooked, plant-based meals and delicious snacks prepared by our onsite chef, Aimee from Earthly Feasts.

Not at all. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re completely new to yoga, meditation and creative work or have years of practice. Ro and Sam will gently guide you through each session, and nothing is ever compulsory — this is your time to enjoy at your own pace.
The retreat takes place at The Chapel in Aberffraw, a Grade II listed converted chapel on the south-west coast of Anglesey, a stone’s throw from Aberffraw Estuary and the Anglesey Coastal Path. We’ll send you full directions and travel details once you’ve booked.
There are two options: a king-size room with ensuite at £995 (5 places), or a shared room with a shared bathroom at £695 (8 places). The chapel is arranged as three apartments with large open-plan living spaces, so there’s plenty of room to come together as a group.
To get started, please complete the register interest form below, letting us know your room preference and any dietary requirements. Ro will then be in touch with next steps. Places are secured with a £100 deposit, and as there are just 13 places on this retreat, we recommend registering early.
All meals are fresh, home-cooked and plant-based, prepared by our onsite chef Aimee from Earthly Feasts. Just let us know about any allergies or additional requirements when you book and we’ll make sure you’re well cared for.
