Workshops are strategically designed and tailored to meet organisational needs. An optimal group size is up to 30 participants, allowing for more targeted guidance and measurable individual engagement. Larger groups can be accommodated and will still benefit from improved regulation, focus, and stress reduction, though with less individual interaction.
